 Our Project Management Methodologies course provides students intimate knowledge of all the elements of a structured project and how they integrate with each other. From concept to closure, students learn what is necessary, why it's important, and how to make it happen. This course has been enhanced to include Agile Product Management which builds on the knowledge of the Project Management Methodologies course by adding the fluidity and change philosophy introduced by the Agile technique. This course is recommended not only for Project Managers and Software Development Managers, but for anyone holding or wanting to hold a general management position.
