X.L.o.s. Testing Center provides professional proctoring services for a number of Worldwide Testing Agencies covering 100's of certification and licensing exams. Each agency has strict rules and guidelines and we refer you back to your specific agency for detailed rules regarding your specific exam

• Please try to arrive between 15 and 30 minutes prior to your scheduled exam time. 

• Some exams have start time restrictions. If this is the case with your exam you MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to assure your restriction is met.

• To help prevent any delays, we ask that you use the restroom before you start the check-in process. 

• If your exam allows, you can use your personal non-programmable calculator after inspection, or one will be made available to you upon request. A marker board and pen will also be provided if your exam permits. Personal writing implements are not allowed. 

• Some exams allow the use of reference materials; books, guides, handouts, etc. Once seated for your exam, you are not allowed to write on or mark your reference materials in any way. Such action is considered a breach of security and will be reported to your exam sponsor. 

• Though we want you to be comfortable, the following clothing will not be allowed to be worn in the testing room; Coats, Jackets, Scarves, Hats, Bulky Clothing, or any other clothing that could be deemed as "outerwear". This also includes excessive jewelry.

• Head coverings of any kind are not permitted with the exception of religious or cultural purposes. If this is the case, please notify the proctor at check-in so they can review the guidelines with you.   

• NO weapons of any kind are allowed in the facility.   

• Store bought water bottles will be allowed after inspection so long as they are clear, unopened, and the paper label can be easily removed. Bottles with labels that can not be removed will not be permitted. Personal water bottles of any kind are prohibited.

• Many exams require two forms of identification. Your primary id must be government issued with both your picture and signature. In most cases your secondary ID will require your name to be pre-printed along with a signature, i.e. Credit/Debit Card, Wholesale or club card, Vehicle Registration, Firearms permit, etc. All identification must be valid and non-expired. Please refer to your confirmation documentation for id requirements. 

• No talking is permitted inside the testing room. 

• Most exams allow for an unscheduled 5 minute maximum restroom break but your test timer will continue to run down. It is best to use the restroom before starting the check-in process. 

• Please read your confirmation documentation carefully for specific rules and or restrictions associated with your exam.
